April has been a month of two halves as far as the weather is concerned. The first half of the month was hot and sunny, but the last few days have been cool and very wet. There’s no doubt we needed the rain, and the whole area is now a sea of green.
Lynn has been incubating some chicken eggs for a friend of ours, and the first few of a total of 16 are in the photo.
The jasmine on our balcony has been wonderful, the perfume has wafted around the whole apartment for nearly a month now.
The jacaranda has also flowered and looks beautiful.
The orange trees are covered in blossom, and the garden contains their wonderful smell.
We spent a day in Figueira da Foz last week, went specially for the Indian restaurant!
